Marin StitchWorks Event Service is designed to keep you from having to wade through countless boxes of apparel and let you concentrate on the important thing - running a first class event. We take care of all the details, and pay a commission to the event charity or organization. No outlay, no risk, a no-brainer!

Your organization now has an opportunity to offer a wide range of items carrying the event design, personalized as required, delivered direct to the competitors. There is no administration, no need to buy and carry stock (no more disappearing t-shirts), no upfront expenses in most cases - and the event charity or organizers earn commission on all sales made. Here's how it works...

All we need to get started is some artwork (more) with your event's design and a completed information form with your details and preferences so we can serve you best. We will then go ahead and digitize your design and set up your virtual store. If your event has a web page it is good idea to get your webmaster to set up a link from that page direct to your new virtual store, this makes life even easier.

Your competitors are then able to visit your store at something like http://www.marinstitchworks.com/yourevent.asp and choose from a wide range of merchandise embroidered with the event design, add their own lettering if desired (for example their name or position) at a small extra charge, and pay online by credit card through our secure payment gateway. They may also place their order by phone or fax and pay by check. The minimum order is one item, although discounts are available for more. Their order will be shipped direct to them, typically within a week to ten days. The order will be confirmed by e-mail, and they can check on progress by logging in to our site with their order number. Take a look at a demonstration store for a club here.

Our partner program follows all orders, whether or not they were placed online, and pays a commission to the event's nominated beneficiary on all completed sales. As with the order tracking, event officials can log in at any time to check on sales and commissions earned, and we can even e-mail you when an order has been received.
